If it doesn’t feel right, it’s probably not right for you. That can apply to a lot: a way of moving, a way of eating. A relationship, a job, a side gig.
See the warning signs:
Relationship: Everything feels forced. You give your all and your significant other gives nothing. You question whether you’re loved.
Job: It sucks the life out of you. You dread waking up to do it. You feel numb at your desk.
Movement choice: You don’t find joy in it. It’s a chore. Your body constantly hurts.
Eating: Your protein goal makes you feel sick. You think you should be a vegetarian but you’re not recovering well. You’re constantly hungry.
It’s not right for you. Time to re-evaluate. Give yourself time to figure out DOES feel right. It’s probably just what you need.
