When it  comes to creating long-term, sustainable changes in nutrition, fitness and self-care levels, all progress matters. No matter  how small that progress looks or feels. When you reflect on last week, look for things you did a little bit better. And when you plan ahead for a fresh week, look for ways you can do a little bit better. Depending on where you’re at, here are a few ideas for doing a little bit better this week, compared with last week:

  • Run or walk one more mile for the week
  • Meditate for 1 more minute a day
  • Stretching for 5 more minutes a day
  • Swap one fast-food meal for a more nutritious takeout version
  • Go to bed 30 minutes earlier
  • Add one more serving of vegetables to daily dinners
  • Do one more strength training day
  • Sign up for one more fitness class you love
