Naturally, I didn’t really get into dumbbells until the pandemic hit – aka when a nationwide shortage of dumbbells ensued. But I’ve slowly built up my little home gym over the past year, snagging kettlebells and dumbbells and resistance bands online and at Target whenever they became available. Now, I love practicing strength training a few days a week on my own time, and from the privacy of my home. I also love following along with a Youtube video or an Instagram story so I can pause and rewatch the moves that I need more time to pick up on.
