Self-improvement is nice, but does it have to be drastic every New Year? This is probably the first year in my adult life that I didn’t set some crazy, unattainable resolution. I don’t want to be a “new” person, I just want to keep building on progress I’ve already made. Little, sustainable steps. Less wine (not zero wine), more protein (not fewer carbs), taking care of my body (not breaking it down). Being quicker to let things go.
